The ‘Gítaúra gía Gíkúyú’ is a trilingual dictionary of the Gíkúyú language that uses Kiswahili and English in order to explore the meanings of our words.

It helps open the door to a lively culture with beautiful music, amazing books, great shows, a fascinating history and so much more that has been out of reach for many people.

The three combined volumes will contain a total of ~10,000 unique words and will be freely available online. They will also be available for purchase in physical form, both hardback and paperback.
